Ben focuses his practice on fund formation across a wide range of onshore and offshore structures, assisting emerging managers in navigating federal and state securities and investment advisory laws.

He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, where he majored in Economics and minored in History. Ben received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, graduating cum laude, and served as Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law.

In his spare time, Ben enjoys watching sports, cooking, and traveling. Ben is proud to have visited all 50 states and 9 out of 10 Canadian provinces.
