Noah Batist is a member of the firm’s Private Investment Funds group where he counsels private fund managers, investment advisers, digital asset companies and other members of the investment management industry on matters involving domestic and offshore fund formation.

Before joining the firm Noah has worked with a wide range of technology companies, including a blockchain financial services consortium. He was a member of the Cardozo Tech Startup Clinic and has written about the regulatory challenges of decentralized protocols.

While in law school, Noah received numerous awards, as both participant and coach, in regional and national competitions in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property Negotiation.

Noah also clerked for Judge Martin Schulman of the New York State Supreme Court and is a member of the New York City Bar Information Technology and Cyber Law Committee.
