Having spent more than eight years working in law firms, including five dedicated years in corporate securities, Nuri has developed a profound passion for the legal industry. Her expertise extends to assisting businesses of various scales, ensuring their adherence to securities laws, smoothing the path for mergers and acquisitions, resolving intricate tax controversies, overseeing the onboarding of numerous master and offshore funds, and aiding with business formation.

Nuri’s ability to adapt to any situation and her multi-skilled approach has been instrumental in managing the distinct requirements of businesses at all stages – from fledgling startups to established corporates.
